TUESDAY

Manage passwords and store in Google spreadsheets

Create, manage and quality-check graphics for professionalism and brand consistency

Place quote memes on various pages.

Set reminders/requests.

Send a weekly email collecting additions to the editorial calendar.

WEDNESDAY

Add items to the editorial calendar.

Communicate as a “ghost” poster, responding in a professional, customer-service fashions to messages, questions and complaints from various voices.

Create Brand continuity with mass emails.

Work with Customer Happiness team on campaigns (for example, ‘New Member’ campaign).

THURSDAY

Constantly monitor all social media platforms for errors, trolls and other problems.

Perform clean-up. For example, when one of three events in a series gets cancelled – go to all platforms, edit/delete and replace.
